The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing & Shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1~2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time: Order Verification, Quality Check, and Packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 working days  after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the shipping address. 5-7 Business days for US customers and 7- 14 business days for Canadian customers. (Shipping schedule does not include 1to 2 days for processing).
